ITEM 3.03 MATERIAL MODIFICATION TO RIGHTS OF SECURITY HOLDERS.


On September 24, 2009 the board of directors of Mobiform Software, Inc. (the "Company") authorized the extension of the expiration date of the common stock purchase warrants described below by twenty-four months.   The warrants were all issued in 2007, are exercisable at $1.50 per share and were set  to expire on December 31, 2009. The expiration date has now been extended to December 31, 2011.   In total, this extension of the expiration date of the common stock purchase warrants identified above will apply to an aggregate of 3,471,000 warrants.
